Aquilea Sono Forte comes in tablets with three-layer technology, designed for sequential release of ingredients throughout the night: 1st layer (rapid release): contains 1.95 mg of melatonin, which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep, together with phenylcapsaicin (aXivite®), vitamin D and vitamin B6, for a synergistic action. 2nd layer (prolonged release): includes tryptophan, an amino acid precursor of serotonin, as well as extracts of passionflower and California poppy, which help maintain quality sleep. 3rd layer (sustained release): with valerian and lemon balm, which promote relaxation and restful sleep. This supplement is indicated for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age who have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep during the night.

Take 1 tablet a day, about 30 minutes before going to bed, with a glass of water.

Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Avoid consumption in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components.
