This liquid eyeliner was designed for those seeking easy application and total control of the line: its ultra-fine felt tip allows you to draw precise lines along the lash line — from a subtle daytime look to a more graphic evening look — with a deep black and matte finish that stays flawless all day. The formula is vegan, cruelty-free, and transfer-resistant, providing a long-lasting, defined result without smudging.

-Shake lightly before use.-Draw the line along the base of the eyelashes, starting at the inner corner of the eye and moving outwards with smooth strokes.-Adjust the thickness of the line as desired — thinner or thicker.-Allow to dry after application for better hold.
