Essence Colour It Metallic Liquid Eyeliner is a liquid eyeliner with a metallic effect, designed to define and enhance the eyes with a long-lasting, shimmering finish. Apply directly along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving outwards. Use the fine tip to create precise strokes, adjusting the thickness as desired. Allow to dry for a few seconds after application.
