When the body needs an extra boost of energy and nutrients, especially during recovery, convalescence, or for those who have difficulty chewing or digesting, Meritene Instant Cream of Rice Cereal is an excellent option. Its creamy and smooth texture makes it easy to ingest and well-tolerated by people with sensitive digestive systems. Rich in slow-absorbing carbohydrates, it provides energy gradually, helping to maintain well-being and vitality throughout the day. It is gluten-free and suitable for a balanced and varied diet.

Add 30g of powder (approximately 3 tablespoons) to 200ml of hot water or milk and stir until a smooth texture is obtained. The amount of liquid can be adjusted according to the desired consistency.

No known contraindications. Suitable for adults and the elderly.
